Jackson Brown, Jr. It\nis the perfect time to reflect on the year past and prepare for any changes we\nneed to make for the year to come. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How was 2019\nfor you? While reflecting on the past year is important, thinking forward to\nthe year to come is even more important. The past is in the past. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cut this out\nand put it on the refrigerator. Read this list often and take these suggestions\nto heart. They will be sure to make your 2020 great!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Marry the right person. This\n one decision will determine 90% of your happiness or misery. <\/li>
  2. Work at something you enjoy\n and that’s worthy of your time and talent. <\/li>
  3. Give people more than they\n expect and do it cheerfully. <\/li>
  4. Become the most positive and\n enthusiastic person you know. <\/li>
  5. Be forgiving of yourself and\n others. <\/li>
  6. Be generous. <\/li>
  7. Have a grateful heart. <\/li>
  8. Persistence, persistence,\n persistence. <\/li>
  9. Discipline yourself to save\n money on even the most modest salary. <\/li>
  10. Treat everyone you meet like\n you want to be treated. <\/li>
  11. Commit yourself to constant\n improvement. <\/li>
  12. Commit yourself to quality. <\/li>
  13. Understand that happiness is\n not based on possessions, power or prestige, but on relationships with\n people you love and respect. <\/li>
  14. Be loyal. <\/li>
  15. Be honest. <\/li>
  16. Be a self-starter. <\/li>
  17. Be decisive even if it means\n you’ll sometimes be wrong. <\/li>
  18. Stop blaming others if it means\n you’ll sometimes be wrong. <\/li>
  19. Be loyal and courageous.\n When you look back on your life, you’ll regret the things you didn’t do\n more than the ones you did. <\/li>
  20. Take good care of those you\n love. <\/li>
  21. Don’t do anything that\n wouldn’t make your Mom proud.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
